Polar plot, circular plot (angular data)

If possible, it would be nice to have a polar plot function as a more permanent part of R!

problem running Sweave as a web service with anti-virus software

This runs OK when run on a local machine, but when when we try to run
the code as a web service, the following error messages occur:
