Clustered vectors
Dear R users,
Just wondering how to extract clustered data in a file.
More precisely after running any clustering algorithms, you get information
about the clusterd vectors.
I want to save that data after clustering is done in the same order as the
clusters are produced. How can I do that
After runining algorithms you get information which vectors are clustered.
for example, after running pam you can see vector 3,6,9 ..., 8 are forms
cluster 1 and rest of the...

an ordinal regression MCMC run high correlation
I am trying to model a clusterd ordinal response data (either 1, 2 or 3) called , the correponding physician of the patient is also in the data.
Since it is ordinal, I used the ordinal logit model
topbox[i]~discrete with probability P[j,1],p[j,2], p[j,3], j is the corresponding physician of the ith patient
C[j] is the physi...

Migrate tdb to ctdb ?
Hi
I want to replace a samba AD member file and printserver to a ctdb based
clustered system.
Is there a chance to migrate the old TDB Files (with printer settings,
winbind user mapping) to the new clusterd TDB?
Regards

Bricks topology
hi all,
is the folliwing ok for a small cluster that will serve hundreds of virtual
machines?
- two DELL R515 with 12 2TB (or 3TB) SATA disks
- RAID 1 between every 2 disks on each server
- one brick for every RAID1
- distributed replicated clusterd between bricks.
This should give me a big cluster made of 12TB
Is a raid10 better then many distributed bricks? With bricks should I have
more flexibility in case of disk expansion

Shares
Hai,
As I know i could open my shares via domain eg: \\domainc.com\share
I have 2 samba 4.1.5 server and one win2003 DC.
Succesfully made a clustered filesystem so now both servers (except
win2003) can open the shares.
My problem is: i succesfully opened the share yesterday, it worked well one
time but since that i couldnt open it via \\domain.com\share only via
\\dc01\share or \\dc02\share.
