err:module:import_dll Library VCL30.dpl
...it doesn't find it. I have edited the config file and added a line "VCL30*" "native" but all to no avail. The VCL30.dpl is from Windows Nt4 as is the application so I assume that "not found" means not found and not "wrong version" or some such. Any Cluesticks out there? TIA's Pete P.S The actual error message is; err:module:import_dll Library VCL30.dpl (which is needed by L"C:\\Program Files\\Mincom\\MIMS Open Enterprise\\4.3\\bin\\msqexp.exe") not found

"Could not retrieve dependency" error
Hi, I''m getting a "Could not retrieve dependency" error and I can''t figure why. Someone got a cluestick for me? I''m using the following simplified configuration to ensure sshd is running and gets reloaded when the config file changes: ---- site.pp ---- import "classes/sshd.pp" node obsd42 { include ssh-server } node debian40 { include ssh-server } ---- classes/sshd.pp ----...

zaptel configuration issues (zaptel.conf vs. zapata.conf)
Feel free to hit me with a cluestick; maybe it will jar something lose... I'm running a stock *@home 0.6 install and after four days of excrutiatingly annoying debugging, I finally came across the obvious problem. The zaptel driver is reading /etc/zaptel.conf; which by default configures one FXS Kewlstart channel. Asterisk, accor...

I have looked at the code, chan_zap.c, and can see where this gets zeroed out, but not being a C programmer I am at a loss to identify what is not happening to get the correct numbers for the two situations. rsync giving directory by name, instead of contents
Hi all! I've read the manual and google'ed aplenty, but sadly can't figure out this particular issue. Perhaps someone can thwack me with the correct cluestick? I have a number of directories listed under one path in an rsyncd module. I'd like to rsync the contents of some of the directories. Here's essentially what the source filesystem looks like: /home /home/user1 /home/user1/public_html /home/user2 /home/user2/public_html And the...

Excluding/Hiding a local, absolute path in 3.0.7
...se an exclude of "passwd" (or change the source listed in the command to /), and that works, however in general I cannot seem to get hiding/excluding of absolute files/directories on the local (sending-side) working. Is my understanding that this should be working correct, or do I need a cluestick? Also, in the changelog/NEWS for the 3.0.7 release, I saw the following: An absolute-path filter rule (i.e. with a '/' modifier) no longer loses its modifier when sending the filter rules to the remote rsync. Does this mean that when using the '/' modifier, the 's' m...

[8.0.0 Release] rc1 has been tagged
Dear testers, 8.0.0-rc1 was just tagged (from the branch at r351980). It took a little longer than planned, but it's looking good. Please run the test script, share your results, and upload binaries. I'll get the source tarballs and docs published as soon as possible, and binaries as they become available. Thanks, Hans

rsyncing files that might change
Hi, I hope I have not been google-incompetant, but I have been unable to find an explicit answer a case I am concerned about. If am rsyncing a file and I have the the following sequence of events happen in the same second 1. rsync starts 2. rsync sends some chunk of data to the other end 3 a local process modifies the chunk that has just been sent I have seen statements that rsync does

Agent Forwarding Anomalies on OpenBSD 3.3/OpenSSH 3.6.1
...equest shell Why is hostB forwarding hostA's keys to HostC? This also works logging into HostD too. Note that with the exact same configuration, going from HostA to HostC to HostD (instead of using HostB) does not work. Nor does going from HostA to HostD to HostC, etc.. Someone hit me with a cluestick please! This is making me crazy. Thanks. - Eric

...e of errors. > gmake: *** [Makefile:277: check-all] Error 2 > [Release Phase3] check-all failed > > It appears this is because -lexecinfo is not passed to the link command line, but I'm unsure why this only seems to affect the XRay test. I'm investigating, but if anybody has a cluestick, please hit me. :-) > We've been having similar issue on NetBSD in the past. Long story short, the code around there is not using CMake rules to build stuff but a custom compiler invocation, and therefore it does not inherit library dependencies from CMake. Short-term solution is to figu...
