- dbox: Fixes to handling external mail attachments
- verbose_proctitle=yes didn't work for all processes in v2.0.7
- imap, pop3: When service { client_count } was larger than 1, the
log messages didn't use the correct prefix. Last logged in user's
prefix was always used, regardless of what user's session actually
logged it. Now the proper log prefix is always used.
- MySQL: Only the first specified host was ever used

into IMAP fail as well. Even connecting to the auth-userdb socket reveals
no reaction - usually the VERSION prompts immediately. I now suppose that
the deault auth_worker_max_count=30 is the culprit, because I query LDAP
for passdb and userdb and client_count, but client_limit=0.
Would it be possible to add a warning to all limits "that max out"?
Or, if such "generic error" occurs, could Dovecot be enabled to dump a
list of which limit is used up to which level? Or something like that.

imaptest, with options!
I hacked some command line options into imaptest.
I dont think I broke it..
Place into dovecot-source root as usual and compile with:
gcc imaptest.c -o imaptest -Wall -W -I. -Isrc/lib -DHAVE_CONFIG_H
src/lib/liblib.a
