Filesystem Locking or lack of locking issues

Resource deadlock avoided. We see this in both NFS and SMB FS mounts.

Recipe Browser 0.4.1
I am please to announce the release of Recipe Browser 0.4.1. This
project (and files) can be located at
http://rubyforge.org/projects/recipe/.
This release brings Recipe Browser up to Rails 0.10, with a handful of
bug fixes. Special thanks to E Gard (x2egard) the newest member to
the project who also happened to do all the work for this release ;).

Proposal Outline
Hi,
Before starting my proposal, I wanted to know what is the expected output
of Letor module. Is it for transfer learning (i.e you learn from one
dataset and leverage it to predict the rankings of other dataset) or is it
for supervised learning?
For instance - Xapian currently powers the Gmane search which is by default
based on BM25 weighting scheme and now suppose we want to use LETOR to rank
