Dear all, my yum was working fine. I was just trying to remove cache from yum through yum cleanall, after that i tried to do yum update, but it failed to do update and giving fallowing error bash-4.1# yum update Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, refresh-packagekit Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile Could not retrieve mirrorlist http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?release=6&arch=i386&repo...

When I do "yum update gmime gmime-sharp" I get: ... --> Missing Dependency: gmime = 2.2.10-5.el5.centos is needed by package gmime-sharp-2.2.10-5.el5.centos.i386 (installed) Error: Missing Dependency: gmime = 2.2.10-5.el5.centos is needed by package gmime-sharp-2.2.10-5.el5.centos.i386 (installed) ... But both of these are already installed: # rpm -q gmime gmime-sharp

Hello Group, I am installed some application running on top of Centos 5.2 OS and these applications are running fine. However, we are thinking of upgrading our 5.2 Centos to 5.7 (hot upgrade). That is we want to upgrade from 5.2 Centos to 5.7 Centos and not disturb the applications. Is it possible? Could someone please help. -- Thanks Nagrik
