I want to shade the area under the curve of the standard normal density. Specifically color to the left of -2 and on. How might i go about doing this? i have a simple question. If i have a 2x2 matrix with [,1] and [,2] i want to test each of these to see if they are below some number. If each component in column is below the number then it returns a 1. Now from this result I would like to add the number of 1's that came up.
