[LLVMdev] LLVM SVN Repository Offline for Maintenance Tomorrow
Dear LLVMers and Clangers,
We'll be doing some maintenance on the LLVM repository on Tuesday, Sept.
14 (tomorrow). There were some files committed to the repository that
we believe need to be removed from both mainline, the branches, and the
revision history.
The SVN repository will go *off-line* at 7:00 am Centr...

[LLVMdev] Kill TestSuiteMakefileGuide.html?
...d be nice to have a section that
explains how to use dragonegg. Even nicer would be to make the makefiles
more generic, rather than hard-wiring in clang/llvm-gcc[*], so that pretty
much any compiler can be easily used.
Ciao, Duncan.
[*] They used to be more generic, but in making life better for clangers
Eric made life worse for dragoneggers, though I don't remember what the
changes were exactly.

[LLVMdev] Kill TestSuiteMakefileGuide.html?
Sorry for the bother Jim, but I'm calling on you again for guidance
about llvm-gcc mentions. What should be done about the mention of
llvm-gcc on <http://llvm.org/docs/TestSuiteMakefileGuide.html>? Can we
just roughly s/llvm-gcc/clang/ ? Daniel, feel free to provide guidance
as well.

What's the best way to compile multiple files in one LLVM IR file? It doesn't appear that clang supports the gcc -combine feature.

Sysvol replication with Unison for more than 2 server.
Dear Louis,
Just to check...
Would it be possible to have more than 2 DC using Unison to sync?
I was trying to make this to the samba wiki.
But when reading the list I see Rowland talking about the SID and RID issue
Because of built-in group SID is not sync across domain.
Which I think samba should have their own way of dealing this or it will
just be a mess in a long run.
Did we have any

[LLVMdev] LLVM SVN Repository Offline for Maintenance Tomorrow
Hi John-
Will this also mean a purging of the llvm-commits archive, to remove the diffs
with the guilty files in them?

Also, I managed to set things up so that you can use svn diff and svn up
but not svn commit (I basically disabled commit access for everyone for
the time being).

[LLVMdev] LLVM/Clang Job Opportunity at Apple
Dear LLVMers and Clangers (did I say that right?),
I received the following email from Daniel Stephenson at Apple and thought it would be of interest to those in the LLVM and Clang communities.
Inquiries should be directed to Mr. Stephenson (dstephenson at apple.com).

[LLVMdev] cross compiling to sparc with llvm
Hi,
I'm trying to use llvm/clang to cross compile to sparcv9. The following
works with a -march=sparc, but yields errors for sparcv9. Are there some
other flags that need to be specified?
Thanks,
Tarun
