Function to find angle between coordinates?
Dear all,
I was doing some self study and was wondering if a function already
exists which allows one to determine the angle between points. e.g.
given the following (x,y) coordinates
input: (0,1); (0,0); (1,0)
would result in:
output: 90 degrees
Best regards

CentOS rpm versioning
Hello
Clair vulnerability scanner considers the latest version of CentOS mariadb
vulnerable, because of RHSA-2019:3708
It states, that mariadb must be updated at least to the version
"10.3.17-1.module+el8.1.0+3974+90eded84". CentOS' last version is
"10.3.17-1.module_el8.1.0+257+48736ea6". Rpm/yum considers CentOS' version
older, than RHEL's.

No access to root-level of shares on NT4 SP6 with Samba 2.2.2 on FBSD-4.7
...rd.
As I said, I have German NT. In English this is more or less:
BLA can not be copied: Access was denied.
Make sure that the device is neither full nor write-protected and that
the file is not currently in use.
This happens when I try to copy to the root-level of the linked drive,
e. g. G: (\\claire\public), and also when using the
network-neighbourhood-browser.
I can create directories in the top-level and copy anything into deeper
levels of the file-hierarchy. Thus, there is not a permission-problem,
neither on Unix-level nor on Samba filemasks. This problem does not
happen on a Win98 machi...

Suggestion for updating `p.adjust` with new method (BKY 2006)
...ting p-values, where the "TST"
method (Definition 6) performed the best when test statistics are
positively correlated, per my interpretation. This method can be labeled as
"BKY", for the three authors Benjamini, Krieger, Yekutieli.
I apologize if this is a duplication.

The same versions of gnome under different distros allow easy (to

get the disks to show up. (The BIOS shipped with the SATA
interface doing RAID with magic drives and then AHCI, and I had to

I haven''t tried the final release yet, nor have I tried it on any
older machines, but I probably will soon.

Read variable column width data
Reading data with variable column widths.
Here are several lines of a txt data set I would like to read.
The number of variables is fixed at 13 . The problem is how to read the

Please help me with this. I'm an ecologist and I'm in Panama, with no one

Thanks!

Gang,
I've got to admit, what really sold me on debian was apt-get. And
I've been resisting getting up to speed with yum. So, can any of ya
point me to a good starter page, maybe one with migrators like me in
mind? Many thanks.
