DHCP static hosts and subnet configuration
...bnet B for a specific machine and try to connect to Subnet A with
that NIC (where it should obtain an address from the range), this does
not work unless I add a static host entry for that machine to the
Subnet A declaration, too. I even have to assign a fixed-address,
there.
I just want the NIC to clain it's address from the range on Subnet A
and to assign a fixed address on Subnet B.

Grandstream 100 pricing question
Hi All,
I can get Grandstream 100 SIP phones for EUR 75. I'm not sure about the
pricing for these in Europe, so I'd like to hear from people here whether
that is a reasonable price for them?

Samba failing to answer request shortly after startup
...?
Perhaps someone can give me a clue, a guideline, something to check or
whatever that could help me. The odd thing is that *only* Samba fails to
operate that way: all other services work as expected.
All suggestions are greatly appreciated. I hope my long story did not make
you sleep :-)

Connection problems (Samba & W2K)
Hello,
I am using Samba 2.2.3a on SuSE 7.2 with kernel 2.4.4.Usually client machine
have W95/98/W2K OS. I have already seven Samba server instalations on the
company's branches and it works fine ! However my testing machine with
identical instalation started rejecting connections from W2K. On W2K, when
I logging (not as domain user) recieve message " \\fs_vilnius is not
