plotCI
Hi R masters! I need a Help with plot confidence intervals for one equation. I use library gplots and plotCI command in this script: require(gplots) ano <-1980:2002 rf<-exp(91.37162-0.04720281*ano) ciw.f<-sqrt(1.766073e-08) plotCI(ano,rf,uiw=ciw.f) But in the graph not shown the errors bar and I have this error msg zero-length arrow is of indeterminate angle and so skipped Well, where is my eror? Thanks in advance Bernardo Rangel Tura, MD, PhD National Institute of Cardiology Laranj...

Student Distribution and Funtion qt
Hello, I am trying to calculate and plot mean and confidence intervall for a set of data. This is the code that I am currently using: means <- sapply(data, mean, na.rm=TRUE) n <- sapply(data, length) stdev <- sqrt(sapply(data, var, na.rm=TRUE)) ciw <- qt(0.98, n) * stdev / sqrt(n) par(mgp=c(2,0.6,0), las=2, fin=c(7,3), mai=c(1,0.5,0.2,0.2), cex=0.8) plotCI(x=means, uiw=ciw, ylim=c(0,100), col="red",col.axis="black",add=F) The code works fine, just the results are not as expected. I compared the results that R calcu...

Error bar:Problem Fixed
Great stuff! Both plotrix and plotCI do the same but what count most here is the idea of assigning NA to some of the ciw values. Following your code, I assign "ciw[c(1,2,4,5,6,7,9,11)]<-NA" and that left me with the three error bars I wanted to display. Many thanks and warmest regards Ogbos On 7 April 2010 00:28, Jim Lemon <jim@bitwrit.com.au> wrote: > On 04/07/2010 03:49 AM, ogbos okike wrote...

several plots in one
Can anyone tell me how I can supply more than one graph to plotCI (gplots) at once? Below is what I tried, also with rbind instead of cbind. What is the way to do this (in general, I think)? Problem is that lines of 1-st and 2-nd series are mixed, while they have nothing to do with each other. I also tried calling plotCI with argument add=TRUE, which didn't seem to work (that is actually

sshd problem

I installed OpenSSL and OpenSSH (2.9p1). ssh works fine however when I try to run sshd and then ssh into this same machine I get Failed Password for user x. I copied the RH sshd.pam file into /etc/pam.d/sshd. I even deleted the user and readded it. He can log onto the
