Hello, I searched through the archives and found a suggestion for a
cyrillic DJ to put the following in icecast.xml:
<mount>
<mount-name>/mountnamehere</mount-name>
<charset>UTF-8</charset>
</mount>
This was to resolve his problem of displaying cyrillic characters on both
the status page and presumably on to listeners/players
My problem is that ocassionally

If your uid is 0, the code in permanently_set_uid() to check if its setresgid
worked properly is fooled.

source switching using two servers.
Hello,
I'm trying to get some automated stream switching between a handful of sources on a private icecast server to one public icecast server relaying one of the sources depending on the time of day, updated by a script.
The private server is for the handful of sources to test their stream, monitor and such.
both the private and public icecast config files are fairly straight forward.
