Realtek RTL8110 (SB) watchdog timeout.
Hi,
After updating from 7.0-RELEASE to STABLE (around 15/08) my NIC
refuses to handle large file transfers.

Memory allocation gone awry with OpenSSH 3.(3,4)p1
...Note the 151552 value, which is always the same when the program
crashes and never appears when it doesn't...
All of this leds me to believe that there is a bug in the "custom"
memory allocating functions passed to zlib's inflate, and it is only
triggered in some (peculiar) circumtances.
The bug was reproduced on the following systems:
1. Linux 2.4.19-pre8 kernel, glibc 2.2.0, gcc 2.95.3, zlib 1.1.3
2. Linux 2.4.18 kernel, glibc 2.2.0, gcc 2.95.3, zlib 1.1.4
It was not possible to reproduce the bug on these systems:

Are post-hoc tests being developed for R?
Hi-
Is anyone working on multiple comparisons of means or post-hoc tests
(ie: Tukey, Bonferroni) for R? I saw in the winter 98' archives of the R
mailing lists that these tests had not been implemented yet, I was just
wondering if I could look foward to having them. ;-)
I also looked through the contributed packages and didn't see anything
that offered such tests.

Here's a Bonferroni-corrected multiple one-sample t-test that I wrote
some years ago. It took a while to get it into R, as na.omit doesn't
seem to handle vectors and I had to write a quick kludge (na.remove).
