Hi there, I liked the terminal font in GNOME Classic but I want to switch to Cinnamon. fc-match said in GNOME that the Monospace font is Dejavu Sans Mono Book. I set that in Cinnamon but that appears quite different. How can I use the same terminal font in Cinnamon? How can I figure this out digging through font configuration files? - Gergely

Hi all, I wanted to update my CentOS 7 install this morning and I started getting the errors from below. Any ideas on a fix? They seem to be related to cinnamon which I actually don't use at all (the machine was prepared by our IT at work and they install both Gnome and Cinnamon by default). there's a regression in the xf86-video-nouveau driver that came up in 1.0.3 that causes the desktop to bounce around in virtualbox whenever using HW acceleration in cinnamon and gnome 3, but not in fallback or cinnamon 2d, only happens in virtualbox and not the host, I've confirmed it was the graphics driver on the host because it happened with the 1.0.3 driver but not the 1.0.2. anyone else having this problem? Without wanting to sound too pushy, I'm wondering if there is any update on the status of Mate now that Centos 8 has been released? But doing it from X i've get a broken X system, starting X after the resume basic stuff from mdm display manager is ok, but as soon as cinnamon is starting its broken again.
