noaccel=1 disables all acceleration and doesn't even attempt
initialising PGRAPH+PFIFO, nofbaccel=1 only makes fbcon unaccelerated.

chipsets and applications as possible, including gallium3d. Anything that
works with nvidia firmware, but not with this generator, counts as a bug [yes,

Hi Dave.
I think we're going to have to deal with things on a case-by-case basis.
I wouldn't take anything off the table,

[PATCH] nv50/accel: Fix mangled A8+A8 shader.
Turns out we used a misaligned long instruction near the end, and the
shader was getting killed after writing R, A components. This has gone
unnoticed since the remaining G, B outputs aren't actually used.

[PATCH] drm/nv50: Remove redundant/incorrect ctxvals initialisation.
11c/004 offset corresponds to PGRAPH reg 0x400828, and is initialised
earlier anyway by both our ctxprog generator and blob ctxvals. It's
actually incorrect with the generator, since we use different layout
on pre-NVA0.

SERIALIZE command
Hi all,
I am trying to use the 0x110 SERIALIZE (or 0x108 WAIT_FOR_IDLE?) command to
barrier the PGRAPH commands.
Unfortunately, I do not find any examples either in nouveau or gallium.
If it plays just a barrier, I guess it should work by something like (in
case of m2mf):
BEGIN_RING(chan, m2mf, 0x110, 1);
OUT_RING(chan, 1);
Otherwise, it may actually play to serialize some commands, then I

I would like to offer my help.
Hello, Nouveau devs!
I would like you to know that I have a laptop with 2 Geforce GTX 285m
cards on board in an SLI config, I know the SLI part is not relevant at
this point, but I still would like to offer my rig for testing single
card configs. If you want to walk me thru what you need me to do, just
shoot me an email.

...nality in
the firmware images? As I understand it, a user having access to just
the FIFO submission interface should only have access to his own VM
area, and not have enough power to take over the machine. Is there any
security model for nVidia hardware/firmware/kernel driver system?
