[ANNOUNCE] mkfontscale 1.0.5
...fontdir that would cause
both PCF and BDF variants of a font to be included into the fonts.dir
file under some circumstances. It also fixes the handling of
OpenType/CFF fonts with embedded bitmaps, which will no longer be
mistaken for bitmap fonts.
