Running MCMCpack
Hi there, I am running MCMCpack (MCMCirt1d model) on some files (26 items x about 800 – 1200 individuals). I have a problem. When I am working on “big” files, the R program crashes. More precisely I got the following Microsoft Warning: ******************************************* Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files\R\R-2.4.1\bin\Rgui.exe

[LLVMdev] clang with multiple input .c and .h files
...nd compile and link them later is not a good idea since the programs are related to each other. Any suggestions about how I should do it? gcc has a '-combine' option but it has been removed in the recent 4.6 release. Is clang not going to support that feature? Thanks and happy holidays! [LLVMdev] problem with sgt's on Sparc machine
Hi Duncan, Thanks for the reply! There is no LLVM on the Sparc machine so I cannot compile my code there into .s file. How shall I modify the target data layout and triple so it works on Sparc?
