[PATCH v4 5/5] xfs: disable map_sync for async flush
...ps;
if (IS_DAX(inode))
vma->vm_flags |= VM_HUGEPAGE;

}
Even better, factor out all the "MAP_SYNC supported" checks into a
helper so that the filesystem code just doesn't have to care about
the details of checking for DAX+MAP_SYNC support....

Dave.

XFS zero length file problem
...version they are running in production
(its in China), but I'm trying to find out. its probably a year or so
old, our manufacturing operations folks do NOT like installing random
updates without very good reasons.
meanwhile, I wonder if anyone familiar with it knows if the fix that
Dave Chinner discusses in that posting I link above has been backported
to a recent EL6 kernel.

Btrfs: blocked for more than 120 seconds, made worse by 3.2 rc7
Hello all:
I have two machines with btrfs, that give me the "blocked for more than
120 seconds" message. After that I cannot write anything to disk, i am
unable to unmount the btrfs filesystem and i can only reboot with
sysrq-trigger.
It always happens when i write many files with rsync over network. When
i used 3.2rc6 it happened randomly on both machines after 50-500gb of
writes.

[PATCH] Btrfs: return EUCLEAN rather than ENXIO once internal error has occurred for SEEK_DATA/SEEK_HOLE inquiry
By referring to http://linux.die.net/man/2/lseek, return ENXIO only
when "offset beyond EOF" for either SEEK_DATA or SEEK_HOLE inquiry.
But we return it in case of internal issue too if btrfs_get_extent_fiemap() failed
due to other issues. This will confuse the user applications to be expecting ENXIO when
trying to find a specific data or hole location once it has occurred.
Thanks Dave
