Custom kernel needed for ndiswrapper? (for Linksys WPC54G wireless pcmcia)
...t Best Buy/CompUSA/Fry's ? I'd like to be
able to easily return the card if things don't work...
I did some searching a decent card and it seems that a number of good
wlan chipsets are discontinued or hard to find, so I'm slightly confused
as to what to get.

Pressing "I" for interactive start-up does nothing
Greetings,
I'm trying to convert a Dell Inspiron 210B laptop into a sandbox using
Centos4.2. The install went without incident but rebooting (starting)
the first time the system hangs at "Initializing storage network" then
says "disabling IRQ# 11" then goes no further.
I've tried to press "i" and "I" to enter into interactive start-up (so I

How NOT to have a disk recognized by grub?
...mounted.The fileserver does boot but with a configuration combination of
both systems.
Question: Grub is correctly installed and configured on hda. How do I
get the boot process to ignore the old disk (and MBR) on hdd???
I tried google but I can't seem to find this fix.
