Where is an overview of who can see what and how ? session[] and params[] seem to be global, but what about instance variables of the controller? The views seem to be able to see (and modify) them. components seems to be able to set instance variables that their controllers can see; likewise partials can set values that the template and layout can see. Hello all, I've got a strange problem on the samba servers here at my workingplace. The problem is that we have some files on these machines which seem to be corrupt. Mostly the corrupt files are images, excel cheets and sometimes Word documents. We have no idea why these files become corrupt. Hi there, is there any specific reason for ignoring TITLE and PERFORMER info when importing CD-TEXT cuesheets into flac files? (These two fields have not always been used but they have become widely supported by now). One may answer that the preferred method for getting this kind of info for a cuesheet-flac would be CDDB, but CDDB info is not always reliable. In my opinion the goal "Now a CD
