Hi, because wine 1.0 rc3 isn't available via yum (I'm using Fedora 9 btw.) I've installed it via Source-Code. In this case I downloaded it, run ./configure --verbose, followed by make depend, make and make install. It's installed and seems to run, but there is no entry in Applications.
