how can I connect paired points within lattice bwplot?
Hello all, my first post to this list. I do a lot of experiments using a paired sampling design and I would get a lot of mileage out of figures like this, if I can make it work! Any advice would be appreciated. my email is: cory.champagn at gmail.com. Thanks! #define dummy variables and a dataframe: y1 <- c(1:20) x1 <- c("A","A","A","A","A","A","A","A","A","A", "B","B","B","B","B&...

busydetect and X100P hangups
FYI to anyone else who may be experiencing random hangups; I removed the busydetect=yes lines from the conf files on my asterisk servers, and haven't had a hangup since. I had done that once before and it didn't seem to have much of an effect, so I'm not breaking out the champagne yet. But so far over dozens of calls both made and received since I took that line out, I haven't had a single hangup. B.

A nasty evening with dispatch.fcgi
...ng went quite well. I scripted everything so it would be easy to add more boxes in the future. 3 scripts, one for each box type above. Then came time to get the site working. :-) Lighty came up easily. The DB came up easily. Connectivity to the FCGI boxes to the DB was demonstrated early and the champagne was nearly flowing. But we *could not* get the spinner/spawner to launch dispatch.fcgi processes. running dispatch.fcgi let us sort out a number of problems, all trivial. Each time we were sure that the processes would appear, and we''d be able to sleep...but it just didn''t happ...

rsync+cygwin 1.5<->1.7 performance
Hi Has anybody ever made comparisons about the performance of cygwin 1.7 compared to 1.5? I believe there were some changes that should make it faster, but I don't know if they affect rsync too. Thanks bye Fabi

Best small server config
Hi, Busy with dovecot on a linux server with not very much RAM in it (512 MB max total). On this server dovecot will only handle about 12 users, with never more than 3 IMAP webmail users at a time, and a maximum of 2 POP3 users at a time using it. I'm going all secure later on, but first I would like your opinion on what configuration best to use with, say, max 5 users busy at one time, and

[PATCH 0/2] Two b-tree bug fixes.
Hi Mark/Joel, These are 2 bug fix for b-tree. Please review. I have sent out the first one last week, but it was based on cacheme. So resend it. Now it bases on joel's fixes branch. The second one is another b-tree rotation bug. I guess the reason why we never meet with it is that no one has ever used b-tree like reflink before. ;) Regards, Tao

Configuring source-specific routing
I'm attempting to configure source-specific routing so that my servers can exist on multiple subnets from multiple upstream providers. A rough diagram of the network layout: ISP1 router (blackbox, routes subnet A, address on subnet A) \ -----------eth0(firewall)eth1---((servers)) / ISP2 router (blackbox, routes subnet B, address on subnet B) The aim is to allow the servers to use

http://dovecot.org/releases/dovecot-1.0.0.tar.gz http://dovecot.org/releases/dovecot-1.0.0.tar.gz.sig It took almost 5 years, but it's finally ready. I'm not expecting to release v1.0.1 anytime soon, unless someone's been sitting on a major bug just waiting for v1.0 to be released. :) People wanting new features should start testing the upcoming v1.1. http://dovecot.org/nightly/
