spec.pgram() normalized too what?
...that if spec.pgram() is normed too the SS amplitude of
the discrete function, someone could communicate why it isn't exactly the SS
amplitude, or conversely what the norming convention is.

MenuRead() Question
Dear List-mates,
I'm trying to read a tk window menu from a file using {svWidgets} and
'menus.txt' but am receiving Warnings without seeing the desired
consequences of the call.
