coreldraw 9 almost loads hangs at self regestration
...am starts up fine and almost completely loads. (I used Wine to start the setup) Then it gets to self Registration and stops at c:/programs files/Corel/WT9Li.dll. I tried winetricks and put a check mark in front of (MFC 40, MFC 42 MSI, windows installer 2.0 and MSI Line services) They all say CHACHED under the status menu in winetricks now. My Question is Does chached mean the process is done or is there something else I need to do to load these programs from winetricks. This is the first time I have used winetricks or tried loading a wine program. So I am confused. I have only used linux a...

[PATCH] virtio_balloon: include buffers and chached memory statistics
Add a new fields, VIRTIO_BALLOON_S_BUFFERS and VIRTIO_BALLOON_S_CACHED,
to virtio_balloon memory statistics protocol. The values correspond to
'Buffers' and 'Cached' in /proc/meminfo.
To be able to compute the value of 'Cached' memory it is necessary to
export total_swapcache_pages() to modules.

MULTIPATH: how to control chache expiration time?
I have a 2.6.12(ubuntu-patchset), kernel recompiled with this routing options:
[*] IP: advanced router
[*] IP: policy routing
[*] IP: equal cost multipath
Load balancing is working great, but i have problems whits long term tcp flows
(like msn-messenger or vpns or any other type of long term ip based
conection).
I assume this is because after a period of time, the per-host

Where does xen chache domUs grub.conf ?
Hi all, I''m a newbie on this list. I''m using xen 3.0.3 on CentOS50.
I installed a new flavor of kernel in a domU via a standard RPM, which
modified my grub.conf by adding a new entry to boot on the new kernel.
When rebooting the domU by pygrub, I didn''t see the new grub entry. I
tried to restart xend, with no effect.
By googling a little, I understood that kernel

Is there a way to trace the auth cache?
Something like how many items are in the chache, how many bytes of the cache are
used....
Thank you.

Will 200KB/s drive access be OK for voicemailstorage?
Its slow :) It will give you some delays but it will not be noticeable
(most voice files are 5-100kb, so it should be ok... But writing to
them.. Not sure.. It should be ok as well I'm guessing as kernel will
provide some caching (since you have G and not GS it has less ram, so
maybe chaching is not an option)
Best would be to get WL-500G. It has a USB port so you can plug a USB
memory stick into it. It will be faster and will give you more storage
cheaper then SD.

In fact on my dc Administrator has an id=0 and mmc is working correctly.
How can I solve that ?

net chache flush doesn't give any output and nothing change.

migrating NT-style domain SID-error
...the classicupgrade. The we found out, that the sysvol-share had the
wrong group set. I went to all the Objects and I found out, that the
group "BUILDIN\administrators" had a ObjectClass PosixAccount and a
GidNumber. With ldbedit I removed the ObjectClass and the GidNumber. Did
a "net chache flush" reseted the permissions and everything was fine.
Now we had a nice running first ADDC, then we installed and joined the
second ADDC, and replication is working and we are happy.
And YES we are using Louis 4.7 packages.

WebGUI Scripts announcement
...unted on a embedded system -- activities are undergoing to move
the code to a ''full'' distro (now testing on a RH 9 with standard RPMs).
I think that after Tom stated that Shorewall will remain pretty stable in
terms of structure for a reasonable long period of time, there are good
chaches to make the script compatible with the current release.
Depending on the number of requests I will receive, the package will be made
available to the Shorewall community under the GNU GPL license -- expected

OCFS 1.2.4 memory problems still?
I have a 2 node cluster of HP DL380G4s. These machines are attached via
scsi to an external HP disk enclosure. They run 32bit RH AS 4.0 and
OCFS 1.2.4, the latest release. They were upgraded from 1.2.3 only a
few days after 1.2.4 was released. I had reported on the mailing list
that my developers were happy, and things seemed faster. However, twice
in that time, the cluster has gone down due

two internet connections + filter?
...eas?
and another thing... i was wondering if there is a patch or command or
somthing that could check if lets say CABLE line is used more then 80% and
ADSL is used less then 10% that the next connection would be made on ADSL?
And the last one... about the route cache can i reduce the timeout in chache
from default 60s i think to lets say 1 and that when new connections are made
they are more frequently reorganized over the load balance?
thank you
David

Issue with caching of .PNG files in IE..
...ored on the
server.
But in case if the image gets changed on the server(File Name being the
same), then even though i click the refresh button on IE, the Browser
still Loads the old image !!!. Has any body seen the above problem. I
think IE is caching the IMAGE file and it does not clear the chache even
though i click the link or refresh the whole page to get the new image
from the server?
Any ideas? kindly pl let me know..
I''m running on Webrick Server.
Thank You,
Dinesh
