Hi, To begin I'm sorry for my poor English level, that's not my first language. On CentOS 6 I've installed fail2ban 0.8.4 from EPEL repository. I've configured it with this page : http://centoshelp.org/security/fail2ban/ Then I've tried this command : chkconfig --level 23 fail2ban on && service fail2ban start but the output says it fallen, nothing more. The status option says is stopped. Also I don't have log for it and no manual page (for the latest, this is normal ?)....

Greetings- I'd like to configure multiple copper NICs on a server running CentOS 6.2 in a LAGG configuration for better throughput to the core switch. After quite a bit of searching, I'm not seeing anything of the sort. Is LAGG specific to the BSD world and the HP switches I'm running? Or, does it go by a different name? Bonding perhaps? If so, is bonding compatible with LAGG? --Tim

Hi, total newbie on CentOS. Just firing up an install of 5.5 on a development webserver. Installed Webmin, Awstats, PHPMyAdmin and Drupal successfully. Yet to work on Sendmail and Samba. SELinux in enforcing mode, reporting "SELinux preventing ifconfig (ifconfig_t) "read write" to /var/webminsessiondb.pag (var_t)". Googled the error message without real success in finding fix
