hi guys, I updated to qemu-kvm-common-ev-2.12.0-18.el7_6.1.1.x86_64 (also libvirt) and my Centos 6.10 kvm guests now do not start. Funnily enough Win10 guest are fine, only Centoses cannot start, silently & without any errors. Any care to comment? many thanks, L.

While attempting to grab some packages from the repos I've been getting a lot of mirror errors. Anyone have any idea why? I've recently updated from CentOS 5 Beta2 to the final version and it went flawlessly. The first thing I did though was to update the centos-release packages per a previous post. I was under the impression this would take care of repo problems. Was I incorrect?

hi everyone, I use dnf but one epel fails in a peculiar way: $ dnf repolist Failed to open: /var/cache/dnf/x86_64/7/x86_64/7/epel/repodata/8415cbb16f52517f34e3edac12a97c9893117f7b9de6cb22fc086048febd1c60-updateinfo.xml.bz2. that file is there, so I tampered with perms & fcontext but to no avail. dnf clean does remove it but on the first contact to epel repo it fails again. Do you see it

Hello, I have installed centos using automatic partition. I would like to partition my hard disk to /, /var/, /usr, /home separately. Is it possible now to partition post installation. Hi I have a problem with Yum update or install and the error message is as below. The same will work if I do U2date install Package name. But yum wouldn't do.! This problem exists with every install or update I do with Yum. Can some one direct me where am I going wrong?
