Quick notes on R with F7
...sed and is part of F7. From a quick look, it
would appear that the 'xft/anti-aliasing' font support available from
the CVS branch of 22 is not part of the formal stable release tree. Thus
I will continue to use the version 23 Unicode branch from CVS, along
with the latest ECB (cvs snap) and CEDET (1.0pre4 was just released
today) tool versions.
6. The rumors/intentions of TeXLive being part of F7 were premature and
teTeX is still in place. This is apparently due to the decision on the
part of the Fedora leadership folks that TeXLive is not yet ready for
prime time.
Other than that, thing...

rails on emacs - need a working .emacs sample
I would like to hear from some one who has ecb, multiple modes with
ruby mode + html mode, rails mode all working together and playing
well.
I had ecb working with Ruby syntax highlighting. That was a no-brainer
since I just had to apt-get them on my Debian Sarge box.
It got a bit more comlex after I got most of the .el files in the articles

Installing Rails for emacs on OSX - emacs newbie
I''m a newbie to emacs trying to set up emacs Rails on a clean emacs
installation. I''m using Aquamacs: http://aquamacs.org/.
Basically, I''ve gotten to the part where I have to install the cedet
package to install ECB to install Rails to ? you get the idea. I''ve
forgotten all of my feeble Linux commands and have no idea what I need
to do to install the packages, nor would I know if it was working
properly in OSX w/Aquamacs.
So, anyone who could throw some basic commands my way an...
