Hi, I am using a ccRTP to provide streaming over RTP. I would like to know if Ices0 could be used to send MP3 Streaming for a Player. I need fragments MP3 file to streaming, so I think that IcesO does it. I am not sure but I understood that Ices0 does the stream to Icecast server send. Regards, Flavio

hi! I'm using the speex library in my RTP project (i'm using GNU ccRTP library). My program creates and destroys speex objects everytime a new RTP connection is made. But, when i test it with a client which create a connection to it one after another, the free memory decrease constantly to the point where the programs execution crash because not more free memory....

...Ulm WebMedia software from 1997 (win32) but it seems to use a non-standard RTSP implementation that requires a custom player. There is a lot of talk on Java discussion forums about coding this sort of app, but I'd prefer something that did not need the high overhead of a JVM. One could use the CCRTP libraries to build such a program and sample code exists that creates a sender and listener but nothing like a stream server seems to exist. For the moment, I've kludged up a SIP UA to service a few incoming calls in a conference, but that won't scale to a practical number of listeners. T...

Does Ices0 use some MP3 encode to MP3 stream properly? Is it needed?
