rpm -qa --last \*pcsc\* \*cool\* \*nss-\* \*ssh\* ccid\*
in 6.7 the last nss was 3.21.0-0.3.el6_7 in 6.8 it is 3.21.0-8.el6

URGENT: Skip installation ix86 packages from kickstart on 64bit arch?
Hi,
Has any one know how to skip ix86 packages from
installation in Centos kickstart? Most of our machines
have 64bit Intel/AMD CPUs, and it make non-sense to
still keep 32bit compatibility. Even worse of i*86
packages is, when upgrade we have to recompile both
ix86 version and x86_64 version to get an automatic
yum upgrade.
I know we could use 'exclude' option to exclude i*86
packages

Resident keys?
Hello,
I?m trying out the ?resident key? functionality in OpenSSH 8.2, and I?m having trouble getting it to find keys that I?ve created.
I?m trying to create a new resident key using:
ssh-keygen -O resident -t ed25519-sk -f <filename>
This creates a key, but I?m not actually sure it is creating a ?resident? key, as when I try to dump out the resident keys with either ?ssh-keygen -K?

ACS-38 SmartCard reader
...g on the license and
such) at http://www.acs.com.hk/downloads_drivers.asp#ACR38, but neither
that page nor Google nor marc.theaimsgroup.com nor the FreeBSD mailing
list archives seem to suggest anything being available for FreeBSD.
The only thing I could find that seems to be somewhat close is the ccid
project at http://pcsclite.alioth.debian.org/ - yet it says that ACR-38
support is not quite working and occassionally the communication will
hang.
G'luck,
Peter

question about boxplot
Here is a question from an old guy:
I want to use the boxplot function as follows:
boxplot( p.prop ~ R + bins )
This command makes nice boxplot for the factor "R" crossed with the factor "bins".
I am having alot of trouble getting control of the labels on the X axis. I want to control it more by specifying what the labels are, controling the 'size' of those

Please help with legend command
Hi R-ers:
I'm drawing a plot and have used different line types (lty) for
different race/ethnicity groups. I want a legend that explains what line
types correspond to the different race/ethnicity groups. I used the
following code:
legend( 1992 , 42 , c("Hispanic" , "non-Hispanic white (NHW)" ,
"non-Hispanic black" , "AI/AN" , "Asian" ) ,

state map question
Hi R-Help:
I want to produce a map of the US with different colors for selected
states.
I installed the map package, and then used:
library(maps)
I can see that by using
map( 'state' )
you get the state boundaries, also.
How do I fill in different colors for the different states? I see there
is a col parameter for map, but can't see how to get it to work!
Please reply

US county map question
Hi R-help:
I'm just an old guy and new to this list... But have been using R for
years now.
I want to make a map of counties in the US with shaded colors that
depend on the level of variable "Y" that I want to map.
I have the US county and state fips codes and the Y variable.
How do I do this?
Please reply to pzs6@cdc.gov
Thanks,
Phil Smith

[Bug 1160] OpenSSH should use libopensc.pc instead of opensc-config
...nt
Priority: P2
Component: Smartcard
AssignedTo: bitbucket at mindrot.org
ReportedBy: martin at paljak.pri.ee
OpenSSH seems to be the only big user of opensc-config, but that's somewhat
deprecated. There's now libopensc.pc. All other software (pcsc-lite, ccid,
openct and so on) uses pkg-config. Also, most users still apply the patch from
opensc on top of openssh.
