...d a segmentation fault earlier, and this indicates to me that it took a wild jump. If I could track down what happens in this program, the SC4 community would be grateful. The exception report that was eventually generated by this event really says only the usual useless junk. I was running with catchsegv at the time hoping for a repeat of the seg fault but I wasn't lucky. This program, being a simulator, does random things and it is hard to track since the source is held by EA as proprietary.

I am a rank newbie to Linux and wine. I am running Ubuntu Dapper on an AMD 1800 mhz machine, wine 0.9.15 Everything I have read says use the installer to load windows programs.
