Just putting this out there before I make a pull request. Is there any interest in an asset_url method as a view helper? It would work by using the config.action_controller.asset_host if it exists and prepending this to the results of asset_path. Hi: I am doing some work that involves plotting points of interest superimposed on photographs and maps. I can produce the plots fine in R, but so far I have had to do the superimposition externally, which makes it tedious to do exploratory work. I have looked to see if there is some capability to put a background picture on a plot window, but I have not found anything. Advice, anyone? Cheers

I'm trying to annotate a density plot and I'm using bquote to paste the sigma symbol next to the numeric text of the standard deviation calculation that I am performing. I have been able to successfully turn the sigma symbol and numeric output the color blue, but when I try to change the font of the text to bold, R doesn't seem to recognize the "font=" command in the same way
