labels in (box)plot
...I know I can decrease the size of the labels by setting cex.axis=0.8, but I would prefer that all labels are always there, independent of their size, without me setting their size explicitly, and even if they then overlap. Hey all, I am writing a function in which I will have a matrix of 4 columns and a variable amount of rows. The first to columns will always contain be of the Character type, the third and fourth columns can be a variation of data types, usually characters and integers, but sometimes lists or matrices. Help function "?" in R 2.10.1
Hello everyone, I have versions 2.7.2 and 2.10.1 installed on a machine that has no access to internet. In 2.7.2 I can use ? to get help on functions, which in 2.10.1 that does not work, all I see is "starting httpd help server...done" and then nothing. what's wrong with plot(..., type="p")?

position of mismatches in all.equal()?
...then everythin's fine. But if not, I just know from the output in which column(s) are the mismatches and how many (here 1). But my datasets are 2000+ rows, and I would like to know the row number(s) where mismatches occur. How can I do that? Thank you for your help!
