Failing to install {rggobi} on win-7 R 2.12.0

I also tried running R as "an administrator", but it didn't fix the
problem (only added another error popup window with the massage:
"the procedure entry point cairo_glyph_allocate could not be located
in the dynamic link library libcairo-2.dll")
