Transformar factor a numérico.
Hola, Estoy levantando un archivo csv y hay dos campos (atendidos,
asistidos) que necesito leerlos como numéricos o enteros, pero al
levantarlos están en formato factor. Como puedo hacer para transformarlos a
numéricos?

Dear Wu Gong and Peter Ehlers,
thank you very much for your help debugging my script.
Now I have a general following up question:
Is there a straightforward way to rearrange the following dataset so
that all first letters of each column will be combined in one column,
all the second letters in a second column, all the third ones in a
third column and so on, resulting in 7 columns,
i.e. for

1. gluster volume info <volname>
2. getfattr output of that file from all the bricks
getfattr -d -e hex -m . <brickpath/filepath>
3. glustershd & glfsheal logs

On a side note, try recently released health report tool, and see if it
does diagnose any issues in setup. Currently you may have to run it in all
the three machines.
