Can I "upgrade" a striped pool of vdevs to mirrored vdevs?
Hi,
once I created a zpool of single vdevs not using mirroring of any kind. Now I wonder if it''s possible to add vdevs and mirror the currently existing ones.
Thanks,
budy

We found that pool1 is more slow than pool2, even with the same number of disks.
So, which is better between RAID5 + ZFS and RAIDZ + ZFS?

c0d0 is the rpool.
c6d1 is a 1.5TB drive connected to a Sil3114 controller (backup1 pool)
c3t0-c3t3 are the 4 x 750GB drives connected to the motherboard ports.
As you can see from the iostat above, c3t1d0 is acting differently.
zpool status shows no errors.
