syslinux and booting CD's

but when I try to put this onto an iso image and boot it, it fails..
Here is my mkisofs command
mkisofs -o /home/jason/burnme.iso -b isolinux/isolinux.bin -c
isolinux/boot.cat -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4 -boot-info-table
/home/jason/mp3s (all on one line)
and my dir looks like this
[jason at zim mp3s]$ pwd
/home/jason/mp3s
[jason at zim mp3s]$ ls -al
total 1128
