virsh not connecting to libvertd ?
Just found my issue. After I removed the cephfs mounts it worked! I will debug ceph. I assumed because I could touch files on mounted cephfs it was working. mulit user system redirecting My Documents
New to wine here. I installed wine, my application is working. I allow all users to access "/usr/wine/.wine", I want to redirect "/usr/wine/.wine/fake_windows/My Documents" to a $HOME/My Documents. Is there a way I can do this? Is it as simple as adding a reg key? Therefore when a user executes the windows app, and browses to "My Documents" they see a folder in

I have identical two hypervisors same operating system: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS Recently both virsh stopped talking to the libvirtd. Both stopped within a few days of each other. Currently if I run: virsh uri virsh version virsh list # virsh list ..nothing just hangs When I ran strace on these broken machines it get stuck at same spot: strace virsh list ...

ps -A | grep smbd?
Hi folks, I have had a samba 2.2.8a running for a while on a suse box. Now recently I have had some strange problems. "ps -A | grep nmb" Shows nothing. But, "lsof | grep mbd" shows me smbd and nmbd are running. The smbd.pid and nmbd.pib are in /usr/var/locks/. Now, why out of the blue would "ps -A" not show the processes? I upgraded samba to 2.2.8a a while ago,
