Promoting options to heckle?
Hi, I''m trying out RSpec with the heckle option (for mutation testing). Problem is that heckle goes into an infinite loop when running it on an example. I want to send a "--verbose" to heckle but can''t find a way to do that through the spec binary. Since this is not an uncommon situation when using heckle I would like this to be supported in some way by RSpec.

Error due to non-conformable arrays
Hello, Consider this function for generalized ridge regression: gre <- function (X,y,D){ n <- dim(X)[1] p <- dim(X)[2] intercept <- rep(1, n) X <- cbind(intercept, X) X2D <- crossprod(X,X)+ D Xy <- crossprod(X,y) bth <- qr.solve(X2D, Xy) } # suppose X is an (nxp) design matrix and y is an (nx1) response vector p <- dim(x)[2] D<- diag(rep(1.5,p)) bt <- gre(X,y,D) I am getting following error: Error in crossprod(X, X) + D : non-conformable arrays But when i define D within the function 'gre(...

HW Capacity plan - How many Digium is recomended per server
Hello all, I'm evaluating a VRU project which has huge requirements. I'm looking for metrics but I haven't found anything that cover my requirements Initial estimation: Erlang 61.450 BTH 25.980 T1 req. 88 Digium HW support 4 T1 per card, assuming that each server host 3 Wildcard then 7 clustered servers will be required to support this load, but, How many Digium cards is recommended per server?, servers may be 2 CPU Xeon 2.4GHz to 3GHz Thanks, MS

2012/2/6 thomas schorpp <thomas.schorpp at googlemail.com>: > Hi, Hi Thomas, > I want the driver report the battery status from ABM charging controllers > -patch attached- : thanks for your patch. since it introduces a new variable (battery.status.abm), I prefer to step back and think to something useful more widely. thus, I'm thinking about a generic

need help getting a word right
Hey all, I see examples showing up that look like this: describe Thing do before(:each) do @thing = Thing.new end it do @thing.should be_something end end This will produce output like this: Thing - should be something But "it do" is driving me mad :( We need a better word. Of course, ''specify'' has not been completely removed, so you can still do

AD RODC not being used because of missing DNS entries?
Hi All, Is it correct that my RODC domain controller (DC2.ad.example.nl) has only one entry in the (internal) DNS on domain controller DC1? It seems to me that because of missing dns entries it is not used by clients in the ad domain I recently installed a second Domain Controller (DC2) along the smooth running first domain controller DC1. Samba version 4.8.5, Centos 7 Linux, further config

Printing Issues with NT type Clients.
Hi. To begin with, I have a freshly built RedHat Linux 8.0 box running samba 2.2.8a. The kernel version is 2.4.18-14. I downloaded and compiled samba from source. I am using LPRng-3.8.9-6 as my printing system. The attached printer is a Lexmark Z22 printer and it is attached to the parralel port. Problem: For the life of me, I can't get NT type clients, NT4, 2K and XP to print to samba.

WP flag in CR0, setting
Hello! I have a slight problem in my guest port with the WP bit in CR0. The original kernel maps certain kernel pages to user-mode read-only and relies on the kernel being able to modify these despite the read-only bit being set in the pages. This in turn requires that the WP bit is unset in CR0. Unfortunately, Xen doesn''t allow the WP bit to be zeroed because Xen wants to share pages
