wireframe
I've been using lattice/wireframe succesfully to visualize some data. I have one question. I want to be able to change the viewpoint ( i.e. rotate the plotted figure a bit left or right or up and down ) Is there a way to do that? Or is there some other package around that could help? Thanks.

normality tests
Hi all, apologies for seeking advice on a general stats question. I ve run normality tests using 8 different methods: - Lilliefors - Shapiro-Wilk - Robust Jarque Bera - Jarque Bera - Anderson-Darling - Pearson chi-square - Cramer-von Mises - Shapiro-Francia All show that the null hypothesis that the data come from a normal distro cannot be rejected. Great. However, I don't think it looks

slow printing vista
Hi, We are running samba Version 3.0.28-1.el5_2.1 The directory shares are working well. But we are experiencing slowness when connecting and talking to the printers. Has anyone any ideas about why this could be happening and how to fix it? For windows XP we solved this problem by deleting registry entrys in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Printers\DevModePerUser HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Printers\DevModes2 But

get_domain_master_name_node_status_fail
The message below is appearing in my log file. I wonder why nmbd thinks it needs to "do a status request" to that IP address? It is another server here but does not run samba. I have been trying to make is stop this without any luck so far. Does anyone know how? Thanks, Bill Dec 4 08:27:43 apss nmbd[5048]: [2008/12/04 08:27:43, 0]

transfer users after samba upgrade to new server
Hi, I want to transfer all of my users from an older version of samba to a new one here. The old version is 3.0.28 and the file with user passwords is /etc/samba/smbpasswd and the new version is 3.6.5 and there does not seem to be that file anymore. I think the user info is now in /var/lib/samba/private/passdb.tdb /var/lib/samba/private/secrets.tdb My question is how to transport my users to

aggregate factor
Hi, I am using aggregate to compute means for later plotting. There are two factors involved and the problem is that the values of the second factor ( Age ) in the means are not in the right order because "10" comes inbetween "1" and "2" What I really want is the numeric value of Age but as.numeric and as.integer returns the level value instead. Is there a way to

server change
Hi, Recently we changed our samba server to a bigger and more powerful system ( centos 5.2 ) The config file and smbpasswd and other passwd and group files were copied to the new server and it then assumed the same identity as the old one in the dns and ip address. It seems to have gone very well except we now seem to have a problem. There are windows XP workstations that were domain joined to the
