rsync 2.5.6 with ssh to a remote server
Hi,
I would like to use the new interface style:
rsync --rsh="ssh -l username -i key" <src>
username@host::module,
however I get "reset by peer" errors. Can someone give some
suggestions, please? Do I need to provide a symlink to the
/etc/rysncd.conf file from within the user's dir?
Note, I have the groups set to same as user and the
group exists. Where does

fuzzer crash (but not the good kind)
Kostya,
Here's the git repo: https://bitbucket.org/ebadf/fuzzpy
I've only tested it on arm7 and x86_64 linux, I expect there's a good
chance it may not work on other OSs.
If you can build it successfully ("./build.sh", requires clang and clang++
in your path), then you should run the "testemail" case like so:
while true; do ITERS=1000 ./run.sh

Ah, yes -- you need to clone with --recursive.
I will try the workaround though.

fuzzer crash (but not the good kind)
Kostya,
I think I've found what looks like a reproducible bug in libFuzzer. The
code under test is built with ASan and the first ASan CHECK failure shows
fuzzer in the stack trace. (see below)
One of the factors that may be unique in my testing is that each iteration
can take a very long time to execute (tens or hundreds of seconds).
Let me know if you need more info, I think it

libfuzzer questions
First off, thanks -- this is a pretty great library and it feels like I'm
learning a lot. I'm getting some more experience with libfuzzer and
finding that I have a couple of questions:
- How does libfuzzer decide to write a new test file? What distinguishes
this one from all the other cases for which new test inputs were not
written? Must be something about the path taken through the

tempdir() documentation or real bug ?
?tempdir says
By default, ?tmpdir? will be the directory given by ?tempdir()?.
This will be a subdirectory of the temporary directory found by
the following rule. The environment variables ?TMPDIR?, ?TMP? and
?TEMP? are checked in turn and the first found which points to a
writable directory is used: if none succeeds ?/tmp? is used.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to

Interesting interaction between journal recovery and slow boots
For some time now I have been puzzled as to why certain portions
of my system boot were quite slow -- but only after journal
recoveries.
I was fearing that there was some ugly interaction between the
recovery and the use of the journal shortly afterward but alas that is
not the case. So just in case anybody else is seeing this problem and
decides to try to hunt it down, let me save you some

File Auditing with rails - File I/O issue
Hey Folks,
I''ve written a script to generate a list of all files on a machine,
then zip the results. ?I''m going to stick a web front end on it, and use it to audit some file servers. The problem is that the ZIP compression/decompression isn''t working,
but its not what you might think. ?The script completes, but seems to
not actually write anything.
Here is a short

Samba, VPN, and Mac OSX 10.4.2
We're having an odd problem with connecting to Samba shares over a VPN
with a Mac client.
We have several Mac clients connecting to a Samba 3.0.10-1.fc2
installation. Prior to upgrading them to Tiger, everything worked fine
both local and over an IPSec VPN.
After upgrading to Tiger, they still work fine when on our LAN. But if
they try to connect to a share over the VPN, Finder hangs.

I'm having a hard time modifying the legend that is emitted by default
when calling plot(density(...)) and then legend(). I've looked at the
docs and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, if anything. Any advice
appreciated.
Thanks,

The clang for centos6 are need GLIBC_2.14, but we only have GLIB 2.12 by default.
Well, is that possible to include libstdc++4.7 into llvm?

Web 2.0 territory.
