ssh_authorized_key - same key, different accounts?
Puppet 0.24.8... I am trying to use ssh_authorized_key to create
passwordless logins for a couple of accounts. The important thing to
note is I''m trying to get the source ("root@somehost" below) as part of
the key, and the same key needs to be added to two different accounts on
the system.
It appears that the resource name is the only place I can set the
originating source

Want feedback on Mongrel patch for handling partial PUT requests
By default, Mongrel will delete the HTTP request body and short
circuit calling any handlers if a request is interrupted or
incomplete. Unfortunately, this breaks any attempt to correctly
handle a partial PUT. (BTW, PUT is *way* more efficient for uploads
compared to POST which requires a MIME parsing step.) So, about a
month ago I wrote up some patches to Mongrel 0.3.18 that allowed

There is always an implied "and do computations on it before writing the processed data out" when reading chunks of a file.
And you would almost certainly not be getting that error if you were not out of memory. A good rule of thumb is that you need 4 times as much free memory to process data than you need to read it in.

Another Tar stopper
Well, I have been busy getting child #4 off on her way to college
(joining #2). So now it is quite with just the 2 youngest and I can get
work done again!.
tar stops as follows:
/root/.nautilus/metafiles/x-nautilus-desktop:%2F%2F52F.xml
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors.
I thought perhaps this is some file locked becuase I was running from a
terminal session in gnome.

ldapcmp failures between DC's
I am in the process of preparing to demote a couple of (hardware) aging
domain controllers. At moment, I have four DC's running on my domain.
When I "ldapcmp" between any of the DC's I get failures that appear to be
simple "typos".
Like these:

Hi Jeff,
Memory was not an issue. The system only used 75% of the memory
allocated for the job.
I am trying to understand what "r read large file in chunks" is doing.

Okay, now so I don't get confused.
Yes, /home/WKDOM/tuser16 does exist on the client/workstation.

Tried that. It rebuilds index based on dovecot-uidlist. But not the dovecot-uidlist based on actual mail data. :(

Good news
Time, not sure who owner is, but I've tried as both admin and myself, to no avail. ?However, I told you that mesg is y, buti tried to send a mesg using ?' write ' ?and it says I have messages disabled. ????? ? I did that by opening two?terminals, on I logged in as ' su ', and sent the message from there. ?Is that peculiar? Might account for why I am notgetting anything from

Then you don't have enough memory to process the whole thing at once. Not unlike stuffing your mouth with cookies and not being able to chew for lack of space to move the food around in your mouth.
Now, can you answer my question?

entering password twice
I might be asking this question the incorrect group but, here goes.
I have successfully added a Debian 10 member (workstation) and made the
/etc/pam.d files adjustments per the Debianwiki page
https://wiki.debian.org/AuthenticatingLinuxWithActiveDirectory and Debian
is allowing me to login with AD users and passwords except for one thing. I
have to enter the password twice to login.

extracting pdf tables...
Dear Jeff,
Thanks for your reply.
I have the following:
> colnames(IDT[[4]])
[1] "X168" "TATA.MOTORS.LIMITED" "TATAMOTORS" "X4"
THe above has to be the first row of IDT[[4]]. The first row is getting parsed as the column name. How do you make that the first row of IDT[[4]]?
Thanking you,
Yours sincerely,

trouble converting an array to a dataframe
I start with a dataframe called xrays. It contains scores on films from
each of two radiologists. It is in "long" format. I used the reshape
package to melt a data frame and then cast it into "wide" format, one
line for each patient (identified by redlognumb) with scores from both
radiologists for a given patient on the same line.
I named the result of the casting xrays.data.

OK Thanks. Your response made me think. Here (the last line) is what I need:
