PHP Markdown 1.0.1n & Extra 1.2.4
...from the PEAR channel at <http://pear.michelf.com/> or the Git repository mirror at <http://git.michelf.com/php-markdown/ > Here is the detailed list of changes. 1.0.1n (10 Oct 2009): * Enabled reference-style shortcut links. Now you can write reference- style links with less brakets: This is [my website]. [my website]: http://example.com/ This was added in the 1.0.2 betas, but commented out in the 1.0.1 branch, waiting for the feature to be officialized. [But half of the other Markdown implementations are supporting this syntax][half], so it makes sense for...

PHP Markdown Extra 1.1b2
...* Footnotes are now prevented from containing a reference to another footnote. * Small change to the syntax for abbreviation definitions. Abbreviations are now defined like this: *[SGML]: Standard Generalized Markup Language The asterisk was previously after the brakets, making it harder to distinguish from link references. * Abbreviations are now correctly surrounded by `<abbr>` tags when found around punctuation marks. * Arranged badly nested emphasis to produce mostly the same result as PHP Markdown. Still not ideal, but better. M...

Callerid over IAX Trunks
Hello everyone, I'm fairly new to asterisk and this list. Currently I'm working on IAX trunks to send/receive calls between 2 asterisk boxes with asterisk 1.6.1.1+asterisk gui 2.0. After some work in the gui, two boxes can send/receive calls to/from the other just fine, the only problem I have is the caller id. xenconsole: How to get out?
Hi, XEN has a console that works in text mode ("xm console", e.g. via SSH). However with a German keyboard I''m having trouble to get out of the console again. Usually I login to Dom0 from another terminal, and then kill the xenconsole process. However I''d wish there was an easier way to get out. Maybe add a configurable escape key like for SSH?
