Chaining to pxelinux.0 6.0.3 from iPXE - ldlinux.c32

adding some additional entries, even "dummy" ones.

Yes. Stock versions, no local modifications.

I've tried versions 3.86, 4.07, 6.01, 6.03.
We can only generally use 4.07 or less because of the described ipxe
compatibility issues, 6.0x
