Samba 3.0b3 PDC - XP user descriptions
Hi all. I have (another) little question about XP and Samba 3.0b3 acting as PDC. When I press CTRL+ALT+DEL in my XP Client I see the message: ",,, has started session as BOOGERSOFT\Boogerman" (BOOGERSOFT is my domain, and Boogerman is my username). I also see the ",,," in the top of XP's start menu (when using XP's startmenu instead of the "classic" start menu). My guess is that the ",,," is the user's full name in the PDC, so...

Samba 3.0b3+CUPS+server drivers

Charset problem
Hi all! I just migrated to Samba 3.0. I'm using Spanish Windows clients, and when I create a file with a spanish character in its filename (ie: men?), in Windows Explorer it looks ok, but when I do "ls" in Linux I get something slightly different (ie: men??). This didn't happen in samba 2.x (I was previously using the now missing option charset="iso-8859-1"). I tried
