easier time reproducing the issue.
It's worth noting that the libvirt version included in
Ubuntu 16.04 is a bit old (it was released a year and
a half ago), however the libvirt-guests script hasn't
changed very much in the meantime.

Are you building on FreeBSD? Because that's where we expect
<libutil.h> to be included. If you're not on FreeBSD, can you check
which package /usr/include/libutil.h belongs to?

Well, I see newer versions of libvirt on Launchpad so I could just add PPA
repository and install newer version from there. Would that work?
