Error in read.dcf(file = tmpf) : Line starting '<head> ...' is malformed!

So I followed the instructions in this document:

and used this function as recommended:
*write_PACKAGES()*
Now, when I try to install or update my package, I get:
*install.packages("bmisc", repos="http://www.benoitr.comze.com/R")**
