detect SIP phone availability before dialing
Hello, I need to detect availability of SIP phone before dialing. I need to know if phone is BUSY, CHANUNAVAIL before dialing. If phone is "free", then I will dial it. I need for automatic callback (.call files), but I need to know if it is available both SIP phones before calling.

Newb question- method not working
I know this shouldn''t be in the view but to test the code it is. Anyway if I do just session[user] I get back the user id (the id from the user table) which is good. Hi Rich I'm able to solve the problem regarding PAPR in libguestfs on my powerpc ubuntu.By default the libguestfs was configuring pseries machine and afterwards I changed it to my original machine i.e ppce500 .The changes are performed in ./src/guestfs-internal.h file. asterisk@home and zaphfc dial out not working

dialing sip before answering pstn line
Hello, I have asterisk server with two isdn bri cards (billion) using zaphfc driver. Also I have from telephone company routed (for example) 16 pstn numbers. It is technically possible to dial SIP phone from outside before answering isdn pstn line. I have local numbers 201,202,203 and from telecomunication company numbers 555201,555202,555203. I don't want to be "pstn"

legacy Alcatel 4200/4400 and Asterisk (QSIG/PRI) and callerid
Hello, I have connected asterisk box with legacy PBX Alcatel OmniPCX 4400 (and also another * box connected to A4200). These PBXes have function to assign name to extensions and display it on phone. Asterisk box is connected via PRI with euroISDN signalling (also I have tried QSIG). Is it possible to set callerid with name and display it on alcatel digital phones? With command SetCALLERID
