[LLVMdev] LLVM Toronto social
On the last LLVM dev meeting I was surprised to find more llvmers that work on the GTA. Maybe we could organize a small social meeting similar to what happens in the bay area? I would propose scheduling the first one for Wednesday next week (the 29th). Is the date good? Would the beer bistro on King be a good place? Cheers, Rafael

Sorry for being late at organizing this one. Just remembered when I saw the email about the bay area one. Who would be able to go to the Beer Bistro this Thursday at 19:00? Cheers, Rafael

vfs objects
If you have bash-completion-extras (or the equivalent for your bistro) installed, you should be able to type ?man vfs? and hit tab completion to see your list of available vfs objects. > On Oct 30, 2019, at 11:38 AM, Rowland penny via samba <samba at lists.samba.org> wrote: > > On 30/10/2019 17:32, torch via samba wrote: >> Is the ?important&qu...

Adding accelerator tables to existing linked DWARF files

[LLVMdev] Who is physically near Austin?
I'm taking Talin's idea and running with it with respect to the Austin area. If you're into LLVM and within easy-enough driving distance to make it worthwhile to get together every month or so in Austin, please post here. If there's enough interest, I'll set something up at a local restaurant or someplace like that.

vfs objects
Is the ?important" vfs objects parameter documented in a man page anywhere? It appears in the man pages of several vfs modules, but never fully documented that I could find. Apparently it once was from a now dead link https://www.samba.org/samba/docs/old/Samba3-HOWTO/smb.conf.5.html#VFSOBJECTS <https://www.samba.org/samba/docs/old/Samba3-HOWTO/smb.conf.5.html#VFSOBJECTS> . Adding accelerator tables to existing linked DWARF files
I am looking to create a tool that can add Apple or DWARF5 accelerator tables to fully linked executables that contain DWARF. This will help us benchmark how much accelerator tables can improve the debugging experience as debuggers don't need to manually index all of the debug info during debugging. Looking at how accelerator tables are currently emitted, they seem to be built up as DWARF is
