any tips on understanding the output from cv.glm() would be greatly
appreciated. I am mostly looking to perform a sensitivity analysis with this
model and dataset - perhaps there are other methods?

I have tried dividing a variable by the maximum value of that variable, but I

Superimposing vector polygons over raster grid in a plot
Hello:
I would like to superimpose vector polygons (state outlines) from a
Shape file on top of a satellite image,
imported into a SpatialGridDataFrame from GEOTIFF via gdal_translate and
readGDAL.
When I plot polygon and point shape files in R, into
SpatialPointDataFrame and SpatialPolygonDataFrame,
the two feature sets line up geographically, so it seems logical that a

can 'trust' that a larger proportion is also statistically meaningful. Thus
far the results from prop.test() match my intuition, but affirmation would be
great.

model diagnostics for logistic regression
...on models does R provide? i.e.

Secondly, is there any facility to calculate the R^{2)_{L} as suggested by

Any thought would be greatly appreciated.
