clustering in R
...getting into all the
looping and ifelse etc. Basically, if 402 is close to 675,696,and699 and
thus fall in cluster A then all items close to 675,696,and 699 should also
fall into the same cluster A following a friends of friedns strategy.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

dimnames(x) <- dn error
...tered together. But when I do the following,
rownames(distF) <- paste("A",dim(distF)[1])
it gives the following error;
Error in dimnames(x) <- dn :
length of 'dimnames' [1] not equal to array extent
What am I doing wrong? Any help is most appreciated

error : subscript out of bounds

I get the following error:
ED(rx1[,k], rx1[,m]) : subscript out of bounds
I checked for k in 1:100 and it runs fine; its a huge matrix and takes
atleast an hour to run before I get the results so I dont wanna run the
whole thing again and get the same error. Please help!

random permuted block randomization
...s using permuted block randomization with a block size of
8. Then I have to plot moving averages for the resulting sequence. I have
tried the sample function but I dont know if wht i did is right or not
> sample(c(1,1,1,1,2,2,2,2),8)
Any ideas please?

Errors are:
Error in try(coef.(model)) : could not find function "coef."
Error in modelparm.default(model, ...) : no 'coef' method for 'model'

all subsets for glm
...h for best subsets of predictor
variables for a logistic regression model.
I am looking for something like leaps() but that works with glm.
Any feedback highly appreciated.
